As we all reflect on this week’s chaotic events, scenes we never thought would ever rear their ugly head again given our horrid past, we are incredibly encouraged by communities in action, neighbourly support & love, the way civil society stood up, fought back & won, once again showing what we as South Africans can collectively do despite the many pitfalls that lay ahead. Thank you South Africa 🇿🇦🌈💫 ( Thanks to Dan Thomalla )
“During my lifetime I have dedicated myself to this struggle of the African people. I have fought against white domination, and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the ideal of a democratic and free society in which all persons live together in harmony and with equal opportunities. It is an ideal which I hope to live for and to achieve. But if needs be, it an ideal for which I am prepared to die.” – Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela
As Leaders then ……what real Leadership initiative will we embark on this coming week to drive our organisations into better places ?
