is the Managing Director and Consulting Lead at the Leadership Consortium and a Business Sculptor who works with CEO’s to build great companies. His approach is firmly based on over thirty years of corporate hands on experience in value added businesses, and ten years as an operational CEO. This was followed by plus ten years of practical business coaching experience with proven results. An expert in the leadership field, Henk’s passion is augmented with hands on competencies in strategy development and implementation and team and customer engagement, to produce enhanced business results.
Magda Du Preez, PhD
is owner and lead researcher of ITD Assessments. She is a psychologist and management consultant specializing in leadership and team selection and development, transition management, and performance culture building. She is also an adjunct professor of management at Long Island University, teaching executive MBA courses on strategy implementation and organizational development. She has provided consultation to Fortune 500 companies, startups, and not-for-profit organizations in the United States and abroad. She holds a master’s degree in psychology from University of the Orange Free State, South Africa, and a PhD in Business at the Wits Business School, Johannesburg, South Africa.
is the Chief Executive and Consulting Lead at Edgecumbe Consulting, one the UK’s leading independent business and leadership consultancies. He holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Management Development & Organisational Change, both from the University of Bristol. His main areas of interest are senior management assessment and development, building leadership capability, employee engagement and organisational change. He has extensive UK and international experience of business integration and reorganisation. Jon is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School where he contributes to their Executive Education programmes.
Dr Maretha Prinsloo
is a registered psychologist who has, since the mid-1980’s worked extensively in the fields of clinical and counselling psychotherapy, research and industrial-organisational psychology. Completing her doctorate in cognitive psychology in 1992 she went on to found the companies Cognadev (pty) Ltd, Cognadev UK Ltd, and Cognadev Chemistry Ltd amongst others, which she has lead since 1994 and which have served hundreds of corporates and consulting companies globally in the field of people assessment and development. She has conducted over a hundred research studies, has written more than 10 training and research manuals, and has published articles in peer-reviewed journals.
Eurico de Freitas
is a founding member of Business Sculptors, an Advisory Company, shaping companies and leaders into a healthier state to deliver enduring results. Eurico uses his inquisitive strategic mind, combined with 28+ years’ experience in developing strategies, future thinking, organizational design, leadership (Search and Development) and culture alignment to prepare companies for the now and the future. Eurico has served prominent clients in the industries of agriculture, agro-processing, food processing and preparation, IT and software development, motor, building and construction, production, hospitality and healthcare in Southern Africa.
